1 month 1 day back then, which is on the 17th July'o8..

林宥嘉 & 刘力杨 came to Temasek Poly's convention centre to hold their 校园演唱会. It was a rather successful one cause actually the tickets were supposed to be given out on three specific days..

BUT on the 1st day of the distribution of tickets, within hours and POOF! all were given out.

Special thanks to Suling's friends for letting me cut the queue (oops! :X) and Suling for offering me the ticket (initially i only had one. but SL gave me hers in order to 成全 my wish of going the concert with my bf. thanks thanks!

The concert was supposed to be starting at 6.30pm that day. Around 5.45pm, the queue from the TCC's entrance extended all the way back to some where near the Engine school entrance (if i had remembered correctly, that is)! Luckily bf asked his classmate to queue for him. otherwise i dont think we'll even get to sit on the seats. =/ for all those who came to queue at about 6 plus, they were being settled down to sit on the stairway instead, cause all the seats were being taken. now you can see how overwhelming the response of the public + TP students was towards the concert. In fact, MOST of the lucky audience went there to support Yoga.

Overall, enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. :D By the way, we saw Esther, Ashley and Melinda there too. Till then...

TODAY

BEIJING OLYMPICS- PING PONG WOMEN'S FINAL

1st Highlight of the night- Feng Tian Wei( SG) VS Wang Nan(CHINA)
1st set won by Feng; BUT Wang Nan won the three other sets.
RESULT- Wang Nan WON the GOLD MEDAL

Though she lost, but she'd put up a good fight. Try harder next time! =D

2nd Highlight of the night- Li Jia Wei(SG) VS Zhang Yi Ning(China)
1st set won by Li Jia Wei, 2nd set's most probably will be won by Zhang Yi Ning.
MY PREDICTION- China will win.

Anyway, it's been a hard battle to make it to the FINALS. So CHEERS to the Singapore Team, You all have done us proud. =D

arh.. finally reached home le. hahaa. well today was quite a fine day.. in the morning, there was RHT revision lecture. but as usual, i was LATE. LOL. old habits sure die hard. =D anyway, the lecture was quite short, cause the lecturer only went through selected tutorial questions with us. so i think it lasted for only about 50+ mins? kinda wasted time bah, cause i went in the LT at only 9.30+am. =X well after that there's comm skills meeting with roxann, samantha, su ling and supposedly dylon. but then he didnt turn up cause he went swimming. 0.0 frankly speaking, the rest of the four of us didn't do much during the project discussion, OR RATHER, i didnt do anything much. gosh, i feel so unaccomplished.. =(

this coming thursday: COMM SKILLS presentation
this coming saturday: BCS exam (25%)
next friday: ECONS exam (60%)
next next week: INTHT exam, RHT exam, OB exam

well, what have i started on? probably only my econs.

speaking of econs.. i 'dated' jovene out to teach me econs, since he's having a NATIONAL DAY HOLIDAY. tt's so unfair. why is it that POLY STUDENTS cant have national day holiday? MAJORITY OF US ARE STILL SINGAPOREANS K? aww comm'on, i really need a break. =( hopefully my holidays will come ASAP. anyway, jovene's a really good tutor though; or maybe it's just me that's plain commonsense-less? hahaa. simple concepts, and i can't even process all that in to my mind. i definitely need a brain wash. =/

FINALLY it was down to G2000; since the store had a sales promotion of up to 70% off storewide, plus daddy pig and i needed some formal attire for our presentations and stuffs, THUS, the spendings made. =D and daddy pig bought a new pair of slippers for me! at last we have our very own couple slippers~ yay! it's not cheap okay! hahaa. we had 3 plates of chicken rice for dinner after that. =)

NOW, daddy pig is trying hard to get me to tell him about my BLOG URL. happy guessing! hahaa. =DD

FINALLY, my long-awaited blog is done.(HAHA!like real -.-) SPECIAL THANKS to my sister, for the help rendered. hahaa. she's more pro than me in this kinda of things le. to think, in the past, i was still rather good at all these things. ahh.. age is catching up on me. but fret not, after this HECTIC term, i'll make sure that i get all these stuffs stored in my brain. =)
